I don't necessarily have any reason to believe that anyone else's release of this movie features a better transfer than the domestic, but I'd thought I'd ask. Since Disney has worldwide rights, I am 99% certain they spread the same cancerous horror around the globe as the one I have on my shelf. But I see the German edition called Die Hexe und der Zauberer and thought I'd ask if anyone has tried this?

My guess is that its the same transfer worldwide, but hey, we can still hope.
