I know this slightly off topic, but someone hacked my wife's Twitter account and followed almost 2000 accounts, making here Twitter stream useless.  I've googled for bulk unfollowing, but all the software seems geared towards generating reports or unfollowing at most 50 people a day, which is useless.  We need to unfollow 2K, otherwise the next quickest way seems to be to just click unfollow now by one in Safari...

Any advice appreciated!

Unbelievable, but I suppose we should be grateful they didn't post spam from her account.

Hold on tightly, let go lightly.

Well, we did it manually, so a big never mind.  To quote Hill Street Blues let's be careful out there -- Twitter seems to be a very high target for miscreants.
