One casualty already. Columbia is releasing Confessions of a Window Cleaner on its MOD DVD line in March/April. Of the 40th anniversary films listed above with the potential of a first time release this year , the ones with best potential seem to be The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz, Crazy Joe, Homebodies (please!), Open Season, The Savage is Loose, Stardust, and hopefully Buster and Billie, which has been noted on this forum has major film element issues.

Of the 1975 releases Im most surprised that The Man From Hong Kong hasnt had a release in the US. The Fortune is one of my personal faves. But the real headscratchers here are Return to Macon County and The Reincarnation of Peter Proud-two very exploitable films. As was noted , WW AND THE DIXIE DANCEKINGS is caught up in music rights hell, leaving it the only one of Burt Reynolds 4 1975 releases (AT LONG LAST LOVE, LUCKY LADY and HUSTLE being the others) not released.

Just a heads up, 'Gator Bait was released directly by the director/owner back in 2012.

The Fortune is due on Blu-ray from Twilight Time in 2015.
