I was reading the thread on the new Chicago release in the Blu-ray section and did a triple-take when I saw a Mike Frezon post dated today!  :o  :D

Welcome back, Mike!

Three truths about movies, as noted by Roger Ebert:

* It's not what a movie is about, it's how it is about it.
* No good movie is too long, and no bad movie is short enough.
* No good movie is depressing, all bad movies are depressing.

Yes, I admit to getting a little misty-eyed seeing Mike's avatar once again decorating our pages. A hearty welcome back!

Mike,

So glad to know you are on the mend and back home.  That sounds like quite an ordeal you, Peggy and your family have been through, so definitely keep that getting well stuff on the top of the priority list!

Mike's post just MADE MY DARN DAY!

Yes, indeed. It made mine as well. Very much deserving of a dancing banana. Welcome back, Mike!

Mike, it's great that you are at home and on the road to recovery.

As others have said, I'll admit that I got misty reading your post; even with the anonymity of the internet good people make their presence felt and you are one of the best.  Blessings to you, Peggy and your family.

Now rest up, get well... and watch a lot of Blu-rays!

As long as I can stay awake!!!!

It would certainly be a great opportunity to shave titles off my queue of discs-to-watch.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself.Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!
