Interesting ideas in Furbo. I agree with the problems about making a watch. The style issue is a challenge. But the presence of these fit fuel bands shows people are willing to wear an non-stylistic band on their wrist. But, I think I may be overestimating the difficulty of watch styling. Prior to my current job, I hadn't worn a watch in several years, save for going out on the weekend. My palm pilot and then phone had become my phone. I only have a daily watch now because I can't take my phone to work. If I had a normal job, I'd consider a tech-watch-thingy that made it easier to get meeting reminders and emails and texts. It doesn't have to be jewelry. Just not ugly; as attractive as the iPhone.

Huh. How does it track hydration levels? Do they infer it from activity and blood-levels; or maybe you have to enter every drink you have. I hope they don't further perpetuate the myth of 8 glasses of water a day.

And right behind, ads that pop up on your smartphone for flu vaccines and deals at local pharmacies, etc.

If it's owned by Google, Facebook, or Twitter, then definitely.
If it's owned by Apple, nope.

Coming from a small, independent developer...who knows? Depends on who they sell out to.

DaveF's Second Law of Computers: Technology is the stuff that doesn't work. Everything else is furniture. Corollary: Furniture endures; technology does not.

The best written article so far on Apple Watch from a self confessed watch snob:
http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/hodinkee-apple-watch-review
Feel
The overall level of design in the Apple Watch simply blows away anything – digital or analog – in the watch space at $350. There is nothing that comes close to the fluidity, attention to detail, or simple build quality found on the Apple Watch in this price bracket.
