Ipad Air is intresting.. though I wonder how fragile it will be. Lots of good announcements. Not impressed with them keeping the iPad2 @ $399. That's ridiculous. They should have bumped it from the list and bumped down the iPad3/4 to that price point, because the iPad2 is really long in the tooth right now, and that price is ridiculous for it.

We'll replace out one of our editing stations with the MacPro...

Sam, did I miss it or is there a 32Gb/64Gb Air?

Or is 16Gb @ 499 it?

I think keeping the iPad 2 alive, even at the outrageous price is bad strategy; developers have limited reason to develop things that will only work on new iPads if the iPad2 is still being sold as current inventory.. meaning no matter how much you ramp up the quality of the iPad, a dev still has to cater to the whole audience. Should have punted the 2..

Well, that was a very fine presentation. I'm in for one of each:Mac ProiPad Air iPad MiniI'm impressed the iPad Air is thinner and lighter. I didn't see an option of how much memory they have, hopefully the Apple site will show that. Hope there is a 128 option. The Mac Pro I need to replace a dead G5. I'll have to see what the cost of the 6 , 8 and 12 core models are and decide a config.

The Apple site shows both iPad air and iPad mini with retina to have 16, 32, 64 and 128 gb options! At a cost of course
