Lookin good Eddie.  Speakers so close to the side walls will give you some unusually strong first reflection points so your planned acoustic treatments are going to make a big difference Im sure.  I like your thoughts on the bar.  Hell a couple of bar stools, and a small honor-bar style fridge beside it and you can seat four very happy viewers not just two.  :D   

 

Have you thought about painting some masks black and making some cool wall sconces to go with your poster theme?  Maybe masks like this that are backlighted:
