We had a Russound system installed which never worked right.
The installers did very sloppy work (below) damaged our new custom cabinets and laid speaker wire over high voltage, creating static:
We have lost faith in Russound after they refused to make the situation right in our opion.
The UNO wall controllers are propitiatory devices. Another very frustrating issue with this company. Anyone have suggestions on replacements with NON Russound (no CAT 5 -ONLY analog wire) is available (digital not knob)?
