"Inside lies the answer to a question we’ve been asking since Google announced its $12.5 billion purchase of Motorola: what happens when Google builds a smartphone?"

"Finally, we have the answer. The Moto X, announced today, marks the arrival, finally, of the Google Phone."

I'm confused. I thought we knew what happens when google builds a smartphone: Nexus

I don't understand the relationship google has with Phone
Makers or Android on "google" phones...but the moto x is appealing. The design of the body looks great. The curved back wants to held in my hand. The ever present voice activation intrigues.

I'm interested to learn more.
