After years of rumors and speculation the X-ification of the pro apps continues with a massive update to Apple's Logic Pro, meet Logic Pro X, Mainstage and Logic remote for iPad;

(If nothing else, check the video demonstration of the audio pitch bending)

Sounds like none of the backlash from FCPX is going to hurt LPX and it's a big moment in Music Production history in the making.

Well, isn't this perfect timing! I used ACID when I had my PC but was looking for something to do music/DJ mixing and editing! And a free 90 day trial to boot!

I downloaded the free trial version. Some of these tutorials are incredibly helpful. I hope I figure out how to do what I want with it before the trial expires!

@Sam Posten I have found that it's almost easier looking at the tutorials for 10.4 (LOTS of them!) and then adapting them as best as I can. It's definitely a "learning curve" but I'm loving it!

True story: I got wind of the new Yamaha FDGM-50 finger drumming kit and was jazzed to try it out. It’s sold out everywhere. So I went down a rabbit hole of other vids and it seems that the Maschine Mikro is due for a refresh to v4 soon so all the vendors had it for $199. So I jumped on that to try to do some bad music making
