Lenovo has been expanding their line of products for sometime, just not in the US.  What we know of as a PC/Notebook manufacturer has been putting out smartphones in the China and India market for some time.

Now they are doing Smart TV's.  Lenovo just announced they are teaming up with Sharp to manufacturer a new line of Smart TV's.

It's interesting, the Korean's are slowly taking over what the Japanese used to be doing, both in electronics and in automobiles (i.e. Samsung for both smartphones and TV's and KIA/Hyundi for autos).  I wonder when the Chinese will repeat the cycle but against the Korean's?
