Jeremy Kipnis is the owner of this amazing home theatre. It has a gigantic 10’ X 18’ screen, professional video projector, numerous custom DVD/CD, Blu ray player, VHS video recorder, Laserdisc, a gaming console, huge speakers, and luxurious seating. It is worth a cool $6,000,000. Some people sure know how to live.

Not bad....

A 32.3 sound system.

A couple years ago I ran into a guy that had McIntosh AV equipment sequestered in a closet. I cried.

That looks like a model of the Nautilus on the center table. Could it be a prop from the movie?

He has many film-used real props and replicas. I think the Nemo is an original. You can ask him yourself tho, he is very active and accessible on facebook and Twitter:

Like I said tho, he is a relentless self promoter and has google alerts for when his name pops up across the net. If I or someone else doesn't link this thread to him he'll find it on his own in a day or two =)
