I wish the companies that are spending the time and money to convert flat films to 3D instead use it to release on Blu-ray 3D titles that originated in 3D. I have no interest in conversions.

EON and the filmmakers even chose to shoot and release Skyfall in 2D and now they are re-inventing the 50-year-old classic that started it all? I really do hope that 3D conversions suffer the same fate as colorization.

http://www.mi6-hq.co.uk think this might be a bootleg and not a legit conversion from the EON crew, who stated as recently as late last year that they had no interest in a 3D OO7.

Yeah, I find it difficult to believe that if they wanted to start converting the Bond movies that they'd go to a movie that's more than 50 years old (which means that a huge chunk of the public won't care) rather than re-releasing Casino Royale or even Skyfall.

I know somebody at MGM and they said this was utter bunk (Bunk, James Bunk). Made in Taiwan?? Seems fishy to me.

Turning 2-D into 3-D reminds me of what they used to for the VUE-MASTER discs when they didn't specially shoot content in 3-D.

I always felt a little ripped off by those particular View Master titles. E.T. was the first set I encountered like that. I thought it cheapened the brand name. And it often wasn't easy to tell unless you bought the darn reels. Two of the Roger Moore films had View Master sets. Live and Let Die was in true stereoscopic 3D.

Just a minute - if this continues with the other Bond films then eventually Roger Moore will be seen playing a three dimensional character. Surely that defies all laws of nature?

Scam? There are not any studio logos on the cover. I'm guessing this is fake.
