B&W LCR60 S3 Balance issue? (1 Viewer)

I just came into possession of a B&W LCR60 S3. I have noticed one of the bass units is slightly louder than the other. So when I am directly in front of the speaker the sound seems to come from just left of the center line of the speaker. I was wondering if this is normal? If not, what can be done about it?

That means one of the woofers plays 400hz and lower. The other woofer runs up and also plays midrange to the 4kz cut-off. Hence... 2 1/2 way.
