Hey everybody my name is Don and I'm a musician/audio enthusiast. As well as being a composer, I'm a big fan of the cinema. I picked up a Sony blu-ray player with the onboard decoder and put all of my oddball gear to use. Currently I'm running an Infocus projector at 1080i (which I intend to upgrade when funds dictate so) I was using a second hand b&k preamp but the darn thing was so noisy I wound up going direct from the blu-ray player right to the amps. It's as quiet as can be now, so quiet that i need to find a way to sound proof my mini-fridge. Well, I'm sure there will be more to come. Thanks to all - Don
