Anyone heard his version of Over the Rainbow? It's wonderful and you won't be thinking of Judy while he's singing it. His voice has a quality of emotion. Can anyone recommend one of his Albums? Of course Over the Rainbow must be on it.

I picked up Facing Future from iTunes. It has Somewhere Over The Rainbow on it.

How do you like the rest of the album?

It's worth a listen, but not something I listen to often.

About 75,000 times. :) Mostly in movie soundtracks. It is a classic, though. Sadly, I don't think there's a lot of material out there. He died at a very young age due to his ludicrous weight problems.

Yeah.  My wife had heard his Over the Rainbow a few years ago and I got her the CD as a stocking stuffer.   As pleasant a sound as it (and he) had, it just doesn't get much play time at home.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself.Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

I've ordered Gacing the Future. I expect it will get playtime in our home.

I was in the library last night and stumbled across Facing the Future on the shelf. :) It's fun but Somewhere over the Rainbow/ What a Wonderful World is certainly the highlight.
