I am having a very, very strange problem. At all times, regardless if anything is on or off, my speakers play Spanish music at a very low volume. You can barely hear it sometimes, and sometimes its so quiet you have to put your head to the towers directly to detect it. I believe there is a Mexican radio station within a quarter mile of my house. Is there anything I can do to get this to stop? Its driving me mad.
