Movie Room specs and equipment, help needed (1 Viewer)

Beginner here and looking for any recommendations. After endless reviews, we are considering purchasing the following equipment:
Movie screen - 110" Elite Screen ER110WH1
Projector - Epson 5010e, also considering the 3010e
"3" front left, right and center speakers of Definitive Technology RLS III
"2" Ceiling speakers of DT RSS III
"1" DT SC6000 subwoofer
Receiver, leaning towards the Onkyo TX-NR818. Also considering the TX-NR1010 It's 7 channel, so could add a set of speakers if need be and provides135 watts per channel. Is this enough power fro the DT speakers?
The room is 14' W by 19' L. Does it make a difference on amp if we opt for a 7 vs 5 channel? We would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks for your help.

The 818 is 7 channel...so, not sure where you get 5 from...
The RLS are 92db efficient, so that won't be a problem...other than the "whole compromise of being an in-wall"...
And about your screen...especially since you are doing in-wall...which is already a compromise, you needn't further complicate things needing to do a bad placement...get the AT version...

That's decent advice, but Sam, you may not want to skip too many steps in logic - he may not realize where you're coming from.

I think what Sam was getting at is that with in-wall speakers, their placement is dictated by the location of your studs - something you can't change, and you don't have control over unless you're framing the room from scratch, which you didn't mention in your post.

If you're LUCKY, the studs will work out in your favor, and result in optimal speaker placement with respect to the screen, however there's a good chance the studs won't "work" perfectly with your desired screen location.

The "AT" version of the screen is "Acoustically Transparent" - meaning that you can have speakers behind the screen and the sound won't be severely affected. By getting the AT version of the screen (it's more expensive), you can rest assured that you will be able to place the screen wherever you want on the wall, even if it's not perfectly symmetrical with your speaker placement.

Of course, ideally, you'd be framing this all yourself, which would render this moot...

Also the only three "real" advantages of the 1010...
HD radio...do you care?
Around another half amp(8.6 vs 8.1) it sucks off the wall(only matters if you plan on trying to go deaf)
Ability to do 2nd zone HDMI...

And to add to what Jason mentioned...and yeah, me for not "throwing the bone" as to what AT meant...
There is nothing better than a center speaker firing from dead center of a screen...
To me...and many people...
The cons:
Higher cost
slightly less bright
slightly less contrast
Are way overcome by the pros:
The "holy grail" of center speaker placement.
Ease of every other speaker placement.

Is there a specific reason you are looking at the SC6000 subwoofer? It's size? Or just matching all Def Tech speakers? There are dozens of internet direct options that are cheaper and much better performing.
