In this follow up to the box office hit KILL OR BE KILLED, James Ryan plays Steve Chase, four-time World Martial Arts Champion.  He is hired to save Nobel Prize winning chemist, Dr. Horatio Kane, from the hands of a demented billionaire named Marduk and his martial arts army. Steve enlists the aid of four martial arts experts, and is accompanied by Dr. Kane's daughter Kandy (Anneline Kriel). En route to Marduk's stronghold, they are ambushed, but finally make it to the fortress. They are captured and put in an arena to fight for their lives. When a top local businessman (Joe Don Baker, WALKING TALL, THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS, CONGO) and his two bumbling nephews (John Diehl of MIAMI VICE, John Voldstad of NEWHART) finds out his daughter Patsy is hanging out at the video arcades run by Jefferson Bailey (Scott McGinnis, MAKING THE GRADE), they team up with Jefferson’s arch enemy King Vidiot (Jonathan Gries, NAPOLEON DYNAMITE)  to try and shut him down.  The arcade employees and patrons fight back ending in a cimactic video game showdown between Jefferson and King Vidiot!
