Blocking on High Noon Collector's Edition DVD

In the shot of the railroad tracks from 1bout 1:08:43 to 1:08:46 you can see some anomalies and some blocking in the upper right hand side of the picture. Can anyone please check their copy and see if they are getting this too? It looked the same on both my Sony Blu-ray player and my DVD ROM drive so I'm hoping this is just and error inherent to this title not my copy.

Is this the 2-disc set?  On mine, the railroad tracks shot is more like 1:08:36 to :39, and I see nothing amiss on either of two players.

Its the one disk set. I'm talking about the shot just before it cuts to the inside of the church. It only shows the railroad tracks, no actors. The worst blocking is just before the cut to the church shot and is over the mountains on the right.
