I've worked in an electronics factory. It's not fun but it pays the bills, even if like me, you weren't on the front line. I have much respect for the folks who do it, and honestly the Foxconn one looks very similar on the surface to what I dealt with, tho of course ours were much better paid, went to their own nice homes at night, and you had the freedom to walk out any time you wanted, even if it was just to take a break.
Other than eliminating factories altogether, and I don't doubt that that is coming and our world is in no way prepared for it, I don't know what else to think.

Less dehumanization
More freedom
Better safety conditions
Yes, bring all of those on. But you will still be left with the ultimate end state: factories are factories.
