I have an Onkyo NR609 receiver and Energy Take CLassic 5.1 speakers. I noticed that the receiver specifically recommends against 4 Ohm speakers. The Energys claim to be "8 Ohm compatible". On a whim, I used a multimeter on the speakers and they read at 4.3 Ohms (not plugged in, of course). Are these speakers OK with my receiver? I believe these are pretty popular speakers and used frequently with Onkyo receivers, but I can't find any information on this issue. Thanks!
