No plans to ever connect my TV (or Blu-ray player) to the internet. The reasons: 1. Serious broadband is needed. Not available. 2. The "smart TV" services are pretty crummy. 3. Why would I bother with low-rez streaming on a hi-rez 63" screen? I can get low-rez (and hi-rez, for that matter) over the air -- for free. 4. I want the movie/series in my hands, not dependent on somebody's server working properly. 5. And that doesn't even count the ISP data charges!

Every manufacturer is going to trip over themselves adding connectivity. No 'real' consumers are going to give a shit. Apple will develop a compelling reason to connect a TV. The world will beat a path to their door. That's what you expect me to post anyway =p Honestly, I'm not even sure Apple can make connected TVs worth a damn,
