I can't believe this isn't on Blu-ray yet! Any news on this? Is there a petition we can sign somewhere?

Like everyone else, I adore this movie and would love to see it released on Blu-ray. Warner seems to be doing a decent job with catalog titles so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

I agree with Carl that WB is doing pretty good with catalog.  My guess is we are still a year or two away since they haven't tackled may "kids" catalog titles on BD yet.

I would also upgrade this title to BD. Great film, old school animation, and Brad Bird's first movie. What's not to love?

Other catalog titles we need from Warner:

Outland

and a re-do of :

The Fugitive.

It's also possible that WB may tackle this when Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol comes out, to capitalize on Bird's live-action directorial debut.

I keep expecting to hear about this being a retailer exclusive.

I normally don't buy retailer exclusives on principle, but Iron Giant is a gem of a film I would not be able to resist. Warner, please release the Blu already!!
