Does anybody know if MA will pass you if 1)No CEL is on 2)only the catalytic monitor is in a "has not run" state? Just wondering when I can bring back my car for inspection...  whether i need to drive aimlessly around wasting gas and producing CO2 emissions for nothing til that test has run (isn't the point of inspections supposed to reduce emissions???? <smirk>?   I think the cat. test is the longest among the drive cycle you need to do to get these tests to run,,,, Jay
