I can't believe this is coming out already.  It looked really funny.  I'll have to pick this one up

Four months is a normal amount of time between theaters and video. As for the quality of the movie, they just took Kenny Powers (McBride's Eastbound & Down character) and put him in medieval times. It's got some good laughs but it might be more of a rental.

I guess it seems like it wasn't in the theaters that long.  I swear I just heard about it and now I'm hearing about the BD release.  Watching the redband trailer it looks like its perfect mindless entertainment:
