I need to know how to repair DM BOARD or get one ive got a short on two of the caps took them out and the short is still there what can itbe?

Even the Factory gave up fixing these sets and were offering buyouts if the set was not too old or if repeated repair attempts had failed. I took one apart for repair and discovered that most of the capacitors had already been changed to no real effect. There are bad caps found on almost every board in the set.
