I noticed an ad on the sidebar for Best Buys' CES coverage. I clicked on it and browsed through until I found this. Their Cell Phone Hall of Shame. Clips from old Best Buy ads showing cell phones of long ago with great commentary. Makes me remember my first Motorola handheld from back in 1993 (sniff). Amazing how far we have come.

It is pretty awesome how far we have come.


But in 15 years, we would probably do the same for the cellphones we have now!

In 15 years, everyone will be toting 15-inch "phones". Fashion will be revitalized as everyone buys new clothes with baggy pants and pockets to hold these phones. And us old codgers will talk about how "back in my day, you could fit your phone in your breast pocket and hold it with two fingers! Now get off my lawn!"
