It's been offered in their $5.00 Bin for quite some time, along with other Mill Creek Box Sets. (I snatch em up for FREE using the Cards I get from the Auto Dealers during their Sales promos!)

I picked up the newish 2 disc Twelve O'Clock High in one of those for $5.  Didn't have slipcover but for $5 I'm not arguing.

I think that "Victory at Sea" had as decent a set of customer "reviews" as any edition I've seen.  If I recall correctly, there's isn't a really great, official release. And for five bucks, hey.
