I do post here when people ask questions.... I just get more questions on AV Maniacs.

Just to clarify - Capone,The Nickel Ride, Fighting Mad and Moving Violations are not Corman releases and will not have the same packaging. They are titles we acquired from Fox.
We also do not have rights to Night of the Cobra Woman.

Okay, I just made the appropriate changes. Hey, I heard about Edgar Wright's tweet, did he ever contact you? I went to his site and told him where he could find you, at AV Maniacs, and he replied, "Where can I find him?" So, I was just wondering if he had made contact with you.

Are there any plans to release (more) classic movies, especially Film Noir or do you focus more on those cult-movies from the 70s/80s/90s?

I'm assuming that Shout is waiting for sales figures from the first Bob Hope set before proceeding with anything else but do they have rights to any more films?

I'd like to do some more classic titles. I'm a big noir fan.

I absolutely love his HOT FUZZ, and from what I can tell from all the extras and the commentary is that he indeed seems like a cool guy.
So, do any of those five remaining flicks fall into the horror or science fiction, or a combination of, categories? That's too bad about NIGHT OF THE COBRA WOMAN, someone told me they saw it advertised in that video preview, which is why I added it to the list. I have very vague memories of it myself, which is why I wouldn't have been able to recognize any of it. So, what happens after all those 50 Corman flicks make it out? Are you gonna try to get some more, or move on from that? Okay, I think, that ends the question phase of this post.

Excellent news! With any luck I'll be able to retire my BCI collection.

Cliff is there any chance we could ever see the Peyton Place TV Reuinon Movies. " Peyton Place Next Generation" "Murder in Peyton Place" and the much wanted "Peyton Place Revisited" from The late night series ABC Wide World of Entertainment.

I suppose this question will be put out there eventually, regarding Fox titles> Will there be Shout Factory versions of movies previously released, particularly Terror Train or Cemetery Man?

If you can still buy them, which, I think, you still can with TERROR TRAIN and CEMETERY MAN, I wouldn't think so. Don't movies have to be "discontinued" before they get re-issued with new versions? Or, am I wrong on this front?

I'm not sure but if a particular title is popular enough it may merit another release, esp. if the existing one is a no-frills affair. I understand Terror Train is considered a biggie among the genre crowd (myself included). In the case of Cemetery Man, Anchor Bay did a decent job with their DVD but I'm sure a fully-loaded SE on Blu-ray would be most welcome by a lot of people. Frankly, I was a bit underwhelmed by that DVD - this was a major acquisition, it was like on a top-ten list of most wanted movies. I'm excited by the possiblities of a Fox-Shout relationship.
