He had so many memorable film roles. A personal favorite was in My Cousin Vinnie. He's the first witness Vinnie destroys -- the one who says he must be "a fast cook", leading Vinnie to ask:

I loved this guy as Harvey Weingard on Entourage. Great character from a great character actor. You'll be missed.
