I'm considering a few employment options that would require me to give up my health insurance and life (AD&D) insurance which are currently through my existing employer. I'm sure this is too broad a question to accurately pin down but I was curious if fellow HTFers had recently gone through such a choice and what they wish they had known when they started or made their choices.
