I recorded a video of a speaker unboxing and setup. It's about an hour long. I'd like to turn it into a ~60 sec time-lapse video. Any tips on doing this with iMovie or freeware? Ultimately, it will be posted into the Speaker forum :)

Thanks!

Not really.  They removed the Time Lapse capability fron Quicktime Pro ( tho you can buy and download the old version).  I'm doing my timelapses in Lightroom now.

I lost my signature and all I got was this Nutter t-shirt

Turns out, it's trivial to do what I wanted: create a project, select the video, and crank up the playback speed to 800%. Then cut out the dead spots to streamline it.
