There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself.Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Just Grumpy/Grumpier Old Men for me from BestBuy.com which I ordered last Sunday when the sale started (online) & they didn't have it in stores or for in store pickup.

For anyone who wants to buy Old Dogs blu ray combo pack there is a $10 coupon you can print online from Disney.

Nothing for me this week but Up In The Air, Precious* and Capitalism: A Love Story are all well worth renting.

* With the caveat that it's a very depressing yet extremely well-acted movie.

Thanks for the prices, guys!

Nothing for me week (again), but appreciate the time to put this together.  Slow week again means I'm able to keep saving for the good stuff coming in the weeks ahead.

I'm SHOCKED there is a 3-disc BD set of Old Dogs.  I hear this movie is terrible.  Owning 3 versions of it won't make it 3 times better.

Just an FYI for the Steelbook collectors out there, the DVD version of Boondock Saints II: All Saint's Day is available at WalMart for $19.96 this week with exclusive case.

Got a reasonable review at AVS.  Might be worth a rent.

What is going on with the BD pricing lately? It seems that the prices are trending upward, at least to me.  Planet 51, Precious, and Up in the Air are all in the $24 - $27 range, and yet you can get Boondock Saints II for $20. What's up with that? Heck, you can snag the BD 3-Disc Combo Pack of Old Dogs for $17 at Target using the $10 coupon (get it here: http://disney.go.com...l_olddogscoupon ).

I'm going to take the plunge and buy Up in the Air on BD as a blind buy.  I've already reserved Old Dogs, Precious, and Planet 51 on SD-DVD from my local Redbox, so I can check them out before making a buying decision.

Thanks as always Mike & Patrick. I truly appreciate all of your work compiling this info week in and week out.  I promise not to shoot the messengers.    It looks like I'll be more carefully scrutinizing Patrick's lists for price drops on titles that I'll pass on during release week.

Those $10 Disney coupons mean that most of my B&M Blu purchases lately have been Disney titles.  (Doesn't hurt that I have a kid, of course. :) )

I wonder about the actual text of the contract that prohibits mention of Precious without tacking on Based on the Novel "Push" by Sapphire. . .

Release day price drops at Amazon.com:

  • Planet 51  $25.99  <$1.00>
  • Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire  $22.99  <$2.00>
  • Up in the Air  $22.99  <$4.00>
I'm happy to know that someone at Amazon.com read my previous post and reduced some of the BD prices.

Just placed my order for Up in the Air.

Aaron - duly noted. Henceforth I will refer to P:BotNPbS by it's complete title.  :D

I don't recall if this was posted anywhere else, but my local Target has all 3 PiratesOTC movies and National Treasure 1 & 2 at $13. If you use upgrade 2 blu $8 coupons that's $5 each. I just sent my form in & and am hoping to get my coupons before the sale ends 3/27 according to the instore sign.  They also had Deja Vu and Gone in 60 seconds for $13.
