I just received this set as a gift in new, sealed condition. When I opened the box, there was no booklet included, only the dvds. Two questions:

1) Should the booklet have been included? All the reviews I have read mention a booklet.

2) If so, anyone know how I can contact Warner Home Video for a replacement? I browsed their website, but didn't find anything.

I have no idea what's supposed to be in there (my guess would be that the book was basically a limited time thing and you were too late) but The Digital Bits has this contact info listed on their site:

Warner Home Video
4000 Warner Blvd.
Burbank, CA 91522

I have recently seen the long-gone wooden series box out at FYE. Did you get the wooden box (which does not have a book, just the individual season sets inside), or did you get the later, red box (which does come with the book)?
