Has anyone purchased Berkline 12003 theater seating???? (1 Viewer)

We are contemplating purchasing the Berkline 12003 seating for our new media room. The seating price is right, but is it too good to be true???

Any suggestions? Pros and cons to this specific furniture line.

I have the Berkline 13217's and love them. Very comfortable and stylish.
Personally I would like to see some kind of adjustment so only the back, or feet recline. Not both. But I only say that because my second row of seats will be a little tight with a full recline.
They seem to be very well built and sturdy. Leather also seems to be a pretty high grade.
