I am trying to decide on which received to purchase,  I am currently looking into either the Onkyo SR-707 or the Denon AVR-1910.  my budget is around $500,  so if you know of another option let me know that as well.

I want a 7.1 system with at least 4 HDMI inputs and a decent OSD for configuring it.

I also heard that new models may be released next week at CES,  So I don't mind waiting a few weeks if necessary to get a new model or get a better deal on a better current model.

Any advice or comments you can give me is greatly appreciated

Thanks in Advance,
Bigtom

6th-ave.com has the 707 for $499 with free shipping. MSRP is $899. The 1910 is a fine receiver but that's pretty hard to beat.

Yes, they are an authorized dealer. Onkyo has 26 on-line dealers.

They are both fine receivers.  Pick the one tht has the features you need. With that said the Denon can be had Electronics-Expo for $447 delivered using the copon code below.
