Just a fun thread, so we can be surprised if any of these titles ever make it to Blu-Ray.


-Quicksilver(Columbia1986) starring Kevin Bacon. I'd be shocked to see this.

-Conrack(Columbia 1973) starring John Voight.

-Vision Quest(WB 1984) starring Matthew Modine.

There are my longshots, what are yours?

Still waiting for these titles on DVD, so I'm guessing that Blu-ray is completely out of the question. Just a few, of many, that I'm still awaiting...

Four Feathers (1939). Took forever to "sort of" make it to DVD. Not sure if it was a short run, or an import, but It sells for $40 used and $80 new on Amazon so I haven't been able to retire the LD yet.

I think the original uncensored version of Fantasia can be added to that. If the new Blu-ray is uncensored (which I doubt very much) there will be a chance that Song of the South might be released.
And of course the original Star Wars trilogy, remastered in high definition. But I really don't want to turn this into another Star Wars topic.
