Edward Woodward Has died.

Edward died at age 79. He was best known for his roles in the Equalizer and Callan.

I hope that Universal will now release the rest of the Equalizer series because of his death.

Ditto.  I have Equalizer Season 1 and I really like his portrayal of the character.  Prayers for his family at this time.

Loved the Equalizer and I am still watching season1 on dvd.  I too hope as tribute to this fine actor the remaining seasons are released.
