Weird Al Yankovic just recently released a new single to help promote his new CD in 2010. Al will be releasing three more singles throughout the summer.
All four singles are called "Internet Leaks"
The first single is called "Graigslist"
Original song but is done in The Doors style
and even even used original Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek
There is even a music video of Graigslist.
In a Psychodelic theme and Al parodying Jim Morrison
The video for "Craigslist" was shot by Al's friend Liam Lynch, director of "Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny" and "Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic."
"Craigslist" and the music video is available on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Napster, Zune, Walmart and all other digital retailers.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT...(Like I did)
Weird Al released another single back in October.
"Whatever You Like"
That parodies T.I.'s song "Whatever You Like"
A great song that even in a harsh economy, Al will give his girlfriend whatever she wants. Even if it is dinner at Mickey D's.
Whatever You Like is also availible on Itunes.
SIDENOTE:
Here's hoping Weird Al pays a little tribute somewhere on the CD about Michael Jackson. Since Jackson did allow Al to parody two of his songs. Or else we wouldn't have two great songs of his, "Eat It!" and "I'm Fat"
