Does Amazon have a feedback page, to provide general comments or recommendations on their site and service?

In trying to return a duplicate Christmas gift, I see some opportunities for improvement that I wish to share with them.

(chief among them: electric shavers shouldn't be considered hazardous materials; or they should be boldly marked as unreturnable during the shopping process.)

Might have to just scroll down on their homepage, and click on the "Help" link, and find the "Contact Us" button on the bottom right hand side, log into your Amazon account, and then click on the "email" tab, and email them about the order in question, and provide your feedback there.

From memory, it is extremely difficult to find information on Amazon
that will lead you to any sort of customer service should a problem with
an order arise.

General feedback is probably easy to find, but as far as I can tell, the
company has made it impossible to find any direct email or phone
contact information on their pages. Their site is almost entirely automated.

If you dig around the site there is a way to get the system to connect you, via phone, to Amazon customer service.

I've done twice in past - but I just tried to find the information on their site and can't!

That "call me" feature is really cool. What a great idea. I wonder if it works as good as it seems like it would ...

I've been a loyal Amazon customers for some years now and wonder why for many titles listed, Amazon will list secondary players in the cast and not the leads. I've never seen this elsewhere and I'm really irritated and mystified concerning this practice.

Can anyone shed some light here? It can't be that Amazon is expecting customers to know the leads for ALL films and hence doesn't bother to record them, could they?

To contact Amazon Customer Service, whether by Email or by Phone, use the following link:

For the first time ever Amazon failed me. They lost my July preorder of Little Big Planet into their black hole of a system somehow and it still hadn't shipped as of today. They cancelled my preorder and gave me a $5 credit, but wouldnt honor the $20 bonus others got early this week.

I'd say 'Worst Amazon experience ever' but honestly this is the ONLY bad experience I've ever had with Amazon after hundreds of orders so I'm willing to cut them a break, once.

They sent a survey after I got my $5 coupon and I replied to it that the rep was great but the policy was not quite fair, got an automated call back and the new rep applied the promotional code and I just got that email confirmation so major thumbs up for Amazon making it right. I'm not the kind of person who tries to nail companies for every little bit but I thought they should have made a better effort on this since it was their system that messed up twice, and they did so I'm happy.

One thing that I DON'T like tho is there is no way to search their system for canceled orders. I can kinda understand why that is but it is frustrating

Amazon is great. Last Christmas I ordered an item and the next day saw it had dropped in price significantly. Significantly enough for me to email them asking for a refund of the difference (the item had already shipped by that stage otherwise i'd've canceled and reordered). They said it's not their policy but since it was such a large drop in price they allowed it.

I've never had a problem with Amazon and I've been with them since the beginning.

... I was going to reply to the OP's question but it asked was two years ago so never mind. :)

So Amazon reluctantly did for you what every local retailer has done normally for the past decade, 30 day price match? Wow! Amazing! :) I like Amazon, and prefer to shop there than local stores increasingly more. But once in a while, they really make things unreasonably hard. And returning electric razors. And price-matching.
