Well, it's obvious what show is #1 for me. Besides that, I want more of:

Dragnet 1968-70
Here Come The Brides
The Big Valley
Green Acres
Knots Landing
Barney Miller
Tracey Takes On
Fantasy Island
Peter Gunn
(in season sets)
The Champions (likewise)

For never-before released shows:

Just The Ten of Us
He & She
Camp Runamuck
Marcus Welby M.D.
Bridget Loves Bernie
The Governor and J.J.
The Farmer's Daughter
Love On A Rooftop
It Takes A Thief
The Green Hornet
3 Girls 3
(does anyone remember this one?)
The Jackie Gleason Show (with the 1956-57 "Trip to Europe" shows, and the 1960s "American Scene Magazine" episodes)

- and that's just the top of my list!
Bring "The continuing story of PEYTON PLACE" home on DVD: the one that started it all- from Dallas and Dynasty to Desperate Housewives and Gossip Girl!!! Starting this May, see the legendary saga starring Mia Farrow, Ryan O'Neal, Barbara Parkins, and Oscar-winner Dorothy Malone on DVD thru...
