Daring Fireball: The Richard Solo 1800 iPhone/iPod Backup Battery

I think you were looking for one of those, right?

I lost my signature and all I got was this Nutter t-shirt

Sam,

Thanks for this. I knew about this product but not the recently
introduced more powerful model.

I am still deciding between the Richard Solo or the JuicePack.

Thanks again

If you are looking for a little extra juice, you might try something like this:
APC Emergency Power Pack

It runs off standard AAA batteries and can charge anything that uses USB. It is also cheap. I recently saw it on sale at Fry's for $12, although I assume that is without AAA batteries.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a damned shame that a field as potentially dynamic and vital as journalism should be overrun with dullards, bums, and hacks, hag-ridden with myopia, apathy, and complacence, and generally stuck in a bog of stagnant mediocrity. - Hunter S. Thompson, 1958, from cover letter he wrote for a newspaper job.

Keith,

That looks interesting. Will take it under purchase consideration.

Thank you
