I'm planning to wall-mount my 52" LCD TV. I want to do this only once, as it looks like it will be a chore to move it once it is in place.

How do I establish a "good" height for mounting this TV?

Also - what recommendations can people give me for a wall-mount device? I like the universal mounts that allow me to swivel the TV to accomodate different layouts and viewing locations.

One Trick is to get a Piece of Cardboard the same dimension of the Screen. And through Trial & Error place it at various levels and see whats comfortable for you?

I've got my 42" Plasma mounted 45" from floor to the bottom of the Bezel.

Can't help you on the Swivel Mount, I just used the Standard Flat Mount for mine.

I mounted mine so i look at the bottom 3rd of the tv while sitting. I didnt want to strain looking up all of the time. I couldnt find big enough cardboard so i used masking tape and leveled the tape in the shape of the tv where i wanted it and measered where the mount was going to hang and went from there.

Basically, you want it about eye level.

To clarify, you want eye level to be 1/3 - 1/2 the way up from the bottom of the screen.
