Does anyone have any experience with Fluance speakers? I have read good reviews about them, but I was wondering what any of the experts thought. They seem too cheap to be anything good.

I am no expert but I have owned Fluance speakers for about a year. If you are on tight budget, they are not bad for the money. If you are not on a budget, well, sky is the limit Posted Image

They are considered to be quite competent, and very good for the low price they are asking.

I'm considering a set of these for a bedroom setup. I know these won't touch my maggies but how do they compare to the cheaper department store speakers? I don't want anything great but I don't want something that sounds like KLH either.
Every child has many wishes. Some include a wallet, two chicks, and a cigar, but that's another story.

They will probably be perfect in that application. I would also consider some of the options suggested to me in my recent thread:
