Great news at TV Shows on DVD tonight.

Day Break, the Taye Diggs / GROUNDHOG DAY type series, is getting a DVD release in March.

I LOVED this show, but never caught the unaired episodes when they hit the web.

A must buy, even if you never saw the show.

That price is a bit steep for 13 eps, and I'd rather have it on BD.

$39.99 is $10-20 less than FX shows (which are also 13 episodes). Plus that's the MSRP, it'll never be that on the shelves.

Good news. I was really rather impressed with the show, which I thought held together quite well. I'll definitely look into buying it.

Great news... a definite buy for me. I've been waiting for this for a while now.

Looking forward to seeing those unaired eps!

Glad you dug it. One of my favorite things I've worked on. When we were recording the commentaries, you could really tell how much everyone loved working on it.

Fun spotting the X-Files crowd.
Hopefully the X sequel is better than the first.

The Day numbering was confusing though.
And something all DVD authors should do is chapter mark new content after recaps.

What a great show with a sweet interesting plot! So upset when it got canceled but extremely grateful they released this set so that people who were following it could get some answers from the un-aired episodes! I bought it the day it came out and would gladly pay that much again.
