Think of this as the TV on DVD version.

While I had been watching Charmed on television in repeats, I decided to pick up Season 1 this weekend for $12.99 and decided to start watching/collecting a new series since most other shows I had been collecting for my library are finally almost complete. I have to say that the theme song for Season 1 is mildly addicting.

The Ballad of the Unknown Stuntman from The Fall Guy is always with me but the music from Nero Wolfe, Doctor Who and Jeeves & Wooster are also frequently on my mind.

For me, it's definitely Secret Agent Man (Johnny Rivers) for the 1960s UK spy series: Danger Man (aka Secret Agent).

Mission: Impossible Theme (wish it was used in the menus) is probably the one I love listening to the most. The Wonder Woman theme is very catchy, thought it can get annoying if I leave the main menu on too long. I also love the themes to Twin Peaks, X-Files, Simpsons and the Munsters, I prefer season two's theme over season one.

The theme from Dragnet. I used to hum that one as a kid whenever we were on a Family Trip and I saw a Police Car who had someone pulled over! Posted Image

For me the most addictive theme song of them all is Rawhide - Rollin', Rollin', Rollin...Rawhide! Love the cracking whip sound, too. I still sing this around the house to my wife's discomfort!!!

I also love the killer version done on Animal House -- great memories.

Favorite instrumental TV theme -- easy, Outer Limits!

It was a great theme song for seven seasons until Paramount got cheap at the end with eight.

Easily...

Duck Tales!! (A woo woo)

Honorable mentions:
Gummi Bears
Cheers (was this created for the show itself?)
The X-Files (but I never cared too much for the intro credits themselves)
One Tree Hill (i do not know if this counts since it was not created for the show itself)
