As I'm trying to get my wife's .Mac Backup system to work (Apple software at its worst), I'm thinking about online backup options for myself. Though there are several good online backup services, I thought I could take advantage of web space I'm already paying for and save some money in the long run. Turns out, not so easy.

Does anyone know of a SuperDuper-esque program that can do scheduled, incremental backups over FTP?

Or a good program that can make an FTP site look like a local disk so a SuperDuper program can be fooled into backup up to it as it would a local disk?

Or, has anyone successfully installed MacFUSE / MacFUSION?
