just curious.
how come with the 50 gb storage on blu ray there r still 2 disc versions (Mission impossible) and the tv show the Sopranos coming in on the usual disc amount?

wouldnt it be sensible and more convenient to use that space and put everything on one disc?

There are 2 possibilities as I see it

1) the video and audio take up so much space they need the extra discs - especially when uncompressed PCM audio is used.
2) the marketing of 2 discs sounds a lot more appealing than 1 disc
