Just discovered that while R2's DVD of Hot Fuzz is two discs, we here in Region 1 are only getting one disc. Does anybody know what features are included on the Region 2 disc that the R1 is missing?

Apparently, a two-disc version with extra features will be available exclusively at WalMart. I'm not sure if all of the R2 features will be ported over, or even if there will be some additional features not available on the R2.

Thanks! Looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and shell out however-many pounds on the R2 version...stupid weak U.S. dollar!

For the record, the R1 has the exclusive "Fuzzball Rally" featurette.

Doesn't the HD-DVD of Hot Fuzz have the R2 Extras?

If you get/got the WalMart disk you get all the missing extras.

However, you will still be down THREE commentary tracks. (The actors who were villagers, the actors who were police, and two actual cops.)

It's an absolute travesty what they did with this release in region 1. That's why I imported.

Yes, but also the R1-only "Fuzzball Rally" featurette - on the SD side.
